Admin Commands

If you don't know what a command does, type the command in console without specifying parameters.
ma_blind

Instead of typing most commands in console, you can type them in chat, but instead of using the "ma_" before the command use the symbol "@".
@blind Twiztid 255

If you are specifying a parameter that contains a space in it, then it must be enclosed in quotes.
ma_kick “Crazy Horse”

You can also use the id #CT for all Counter-Terrorists, #T for all Terrorists, #SPEC for all Spectators, #BOT for all bots, #HUMAN for all humans, #ALIVE for everyone alive, #DEAD for everyone dead, and #ALL for everyone on the server.

(GAMEPLAY COMMANDS)

ma_ban
ma_ban Twiztid 0
(DO NOT USE THIS COMMAND, ban players through the Mani menu).

ma_beacon
ma_beacon Twiztid
Beacons Twiztid.

ma_blind
ma_blind Twiztid 255
Blinds Twiztid.

ma_burn
ma_burn Twiztid
Burns Twiztid.

ma_drug
ma_drug Twiztid
Drugs Twiztid (Run again to cancel).

ma_endobserve
ma_endobserve
Cancels observe mode.

ma_explode
ma_explode
Creates a sound and an explosion, but does no damage.

ma_firebomb
ma_firebomb Twiztid
Turns Twiztid into a firebomb.

ma_freeze
ma_freeze Twiztid
Freezes Twiztid (Run again to cancel).

ma_freezebomb
ma_freezebomb Twiztid
Turns Twiztid into a freezebomb.

ma_give
ma_give Twiztid weapon_ak47
Gives Twiztid an ak-47.

ma_givehealth
ma_givehealth Twiztid 400
Gives Twiztid 400 health, making his health 500.

ma_kick
ma_kick Twiztid
Kicks Twiztid.

ma_mute
ma_mute Twiztid
Mutes Twiztid (Run again to cancel).

ma_noclip
ma_noclip Twiztid
Turns noclip mode on for Twiztid (Run again to cancel).

ma_observe
ma_observe Twiztid
Turns observe mode on for Twiztid (Run ma_endobserve to cancel).

ma_saveloc
ma_saveloc
Saves the current point as the new teleport location.

ma_sethealth
ma_sethealth Twiztid 1000
Sets Twiztid's health to 1000.

ma_slap
ma_slap Twiztid 50
Slaps 50 damage from Twiztid.

ma_slay
ma_slay Twiztid
Slays Twiztid.

ma_spec
ma_spec Twiztid
Moves Twiztid to Spectators.

ma_swapteam
ma_swapteam Twiztid
Swaps Twiztid to the opposite team.

ma_swapteam_d
ma_swapteam_d Twiztid
Swaps Twiztid to the opposite team at the start of the next round.

ma_teleport
ma_teleport Twiztid
Teleports Twiztid to the previously saved teleport location.

ma_timebomb
ma_timebomb Twiztid
Turns Twiztid into a timebomb.

ma_votequestion
ma_votequestion "Should we change the map?" "Yes" No"
Creates a popup window asking the question "Should we change the map?" and gives the options "Yes" and "No" to choose from.

ma_votecancel
ma_votecancel
Cancels the current vote.

(CHAT COMMANDS)

ma_say
ma_say Test Message
Sends the admin message Test Message to all players on the server.
The command is @ <message> in chat.
There must be a space between @ and your message.

ma_csay
ma_csay Test Message
Sends the admin message Test Message to all players on the server in a box that appears in the center of the screen.
The command is @@@ <message> in chat.
There must be a space between @@@ and your message.

ma_psay
ma_psay Twiztid Test Message
Sends an admin message to Twiztid only, saying Test Message.
The command is @@ <player> <message> in chat.
There must be a space between @@ and the player name and message

ma_chat
ma_chat Test Message
Sends a message to all other admins on the server only, saying Test Message.
The command is @ <message> in team chat.
There must be a space between @ and your message.

Bind F10? Would that replace the original command assigned to that key or would it display the message and close the game?

If you bind over a key it replaces its previous function.
