guys my acc has been hijacked i need help wat can i do?

You can contact Steam if you want, but usually they will not do anything about lost passwords, as they assume you gave it out to someone and they just stole your account, which technically would be your fault. Good luck.

how in the fuck did your account get hijacked? Do you have some kind of key logger or spy ware on your machine? Do you have antivirus? Or did you let someone else use your computer?

OMFG. King that wasent u yesterday??????? Im so proud of myself.

Ok yesterday someone on King Js account was tryin to get me into this group, I join the group, but then he was persistant for me to sign into their forum or something, and I needed my account name and Password. This guy was like lets leave [Legion] and join this clan with all these HOT CHICKs! Anyway, something triggered in my head that it was a scam cuz I had to put in my PW. I told him some story like I dont remeber my steam password cuz i havent logged into it for a while, because it logs me in automatically; as soon as I said that the guy logged off. It was King Js account but he was acting weird, figured something was wrong.

Just goto steampowered.com and register with their help section, create a question and attach a photo of a Authentication key code from a game you have bought from a store with a piece of paper showing your Question ID #. Also if you have emails confirming your purchases add those to your ticket/question aswell. Then the rest is just waiting for steam to reply. After they gave me my acount back i leave it as the number password they changed it to and then made a text file then saved it to my harddrive, external, and to be sure a USB flashdrive. So i dont think ill be losing that password for awhile. Cool

Any CD key that was tied to your account will work. If you have the retail version of L4d just take a pic of the key and a receipt in the picture also.
