Fury, Pest and I have been discussing some things this past week and we have made some decisions. We currently have 58 "active" clan members, 13 inactive members on the reserve list, and 30 admins. Over the next couple weeks we will be removing any and all members who don't adhere to the following policies. Those members that are removed will lose their admin if they have it, and either be placed on the reserve list with the possibility of rejoining at a later date, or removed from the clan entirely.

Some clan members have been absent from the server lately. Some have other clans they play with, some have been busy with other games online, and some I'm sure are just busy in general with real life, which is fine. The thing is if you aren't going to be active, you aren't much use to the clan, or much use to the server as an admin, if you are never there.

As a result of this, members who we don't see logging onto the server for a long time will be removed, we already have a few in mind, and are waiting to see if their activity increases at all.

Forum participation has been horrible lately, with the vast majority of the clan never checking in to read or make posts or find out new information. We have tried setting up matches again, and had poor response, I keep asking for new maps, barely anyone posts or sends any, I ask everyone to post in a required topic to show you are still active, we get a response from about a quarter of the clan, etc. We have members who have made less than 5 posts and have been here for months, we even have a few members who have never even bothered to register for the forums.

Every clan member, especially admins, are required to check the forums on a regular basis from now on. If you are going to be away for a period of time let us know, otherwise those that remain inactive on the forums will be asked to remove their [Legion] tag.

Another important point is voice communication. Clan members and server admins need to be able to communicate with each other while in game so that the server can run more smoothly and the clan can organize functions.

From now on all [Legion] members will be required to have a working microphone. In addition to this all members should download Ventrilo and use the Vent server while in game. This applies especially to server admins. Once again, those that don't wish to adhere to this will be asked to remove their tag.

One last annoying thing is the clan members who feel the need to change their name constantly, then log onto the server with the [Legion] tag on and a name no one recognizes. This causes server admins to have to figure out whether this person is a clan member who changed their name, or just some ass that put on the clan tag that needs to be banned.

So, finally I am requesting clan members to make a post on the forums when they change their name, or at least inform the admins on the server who they are upon joining so their is no irritation and risk of banning a clan member by accident.

If you do not wish to adhere to these policies, that is your choice, feel free to resign from the clan. You may feel we are being too strict, however we are just trying to get things running more smoothly so that everyone can enjoy their time on the server and as a member of the clan.

yea sorry been busy, just went back to school 2 weeks ago and been working along with the cal team, but my team ended up breaking up :'( and i dont think im guna look for another team. so ill be around more.

this all sounds good to me , i havent been on lately that much because my old lady is pregnant and she is having lots of complications with it unfortunately... I am gonna download the ventrillo and start using that i just have to read up on it and figure out how to use it......
