This entire thing is really irritating, but I'm going to post this anyway so I do not have to explain it to everyone individually. This morning I sent the following message to Phantom through Steam.

About 2 hours later I had this conversation with Techh through Steam.

Techh: ok but im just ondering are u guna let me play there under a new steam account or will u plz just unban this id orr am i just guna stay banned and have to find a new server
Techh: please just be honest with me tell me straight up

[Łεgιση] ωآζ+ỉd: i would honestly rather you just find another server, its the same with you and doughh really, i like you both and have known you for a long time but there have been instances where i have said things to you and suddenly like 20 minutes later fury is flipping out about something relating to what we just talked about

Techh: i honestly would like to stay at legion but its whatever i just wish that someday i will be able to get banned and play with my friends again like im not even that serious in cs anymore i dont play as much my profile i only played 29 hours for the last 2 weeks so i havnt even been talkin to fury and hes prolly mad at me cus im trying to get unbanned and hes proly mad that i still want to play at legion but alright man ill cya around since ur not guna unban me

As a result of this, Phantom has had his admin removed, been removed from [Legion], and been banned from both of our servers permanently.
People really need to decide if they are going to be loyal to the clan or not. If you are, then stay, if not, it is very easy to just get the fuck out. All of this bullshit is annoying, do you think I like banning people that used to be in the clan or that are in the clan? I have nothing else to say on this one.

Obviously, if you have one account banned, buying a new one to avoid the ban is just going to result in another ban. I told you I pretty much don't want you here because I don't trust you. It's not that I don't like you or that you broke a rule.

ok, well first off twizt, im not a fucking rat. thanks. another, im not in aoa, im not in a clan. i play clanless just because of all this shit right here. im sick of hearing about it, its getting old, im not in aoa and dont plan on it. tech never did anything wrong, we have talked in the past about where we are guna go and we both agreed on doing clanless just to avoid this shit, just fucking ridiculous. ban me if you want i really dont care. just saying this is dumb, tech and I arent joining any clans.

After speaking with doughh, and before reading the two previous responses, I decided to unban Techh. I am sorry if I insulted doughh or Techh, but I still don't feel like I can trust the two of you 100% with what I say. Welcome back to the server, remember anyone noticed with an [Aoa] tag on will be banned.
In regards to your donation, which I didn't even realize was made, I cannot give you admin because no one that is not a [Legion] member can have admin. I've tried to make that pretty clear both on the forums and on the servers. We will have to figure out what to do about that later.

Phantom, please post your side of the story as clearly as possible. Right now what you have said does not make much sense. After you post there will be a vote among the 4 current Clan Command members, (Twiztid, Pest, GReeNMaCHiNe420, and LooseCannon,) as to whether or not you will be unbanned. Since we do not have 5 Clan Command members as usual, in the event of a tie my vote will count for 2 votes.

What i tried to do was just simply try to get techh into the server, i did have to lie, and i hate having to lie to a friend that i've known for some time, also even though you may not believe me i did try and i dont think there is any way to prove that. What i tried to do was what i would call reverse pyschology. I tried to gain his trust so that when he went on the server he would tell me what name he was playing under and therefor i could ban him. I would most likely never disobey an order from a clan leader.

After asking you to post your side of the story I spoke to someone and they told me a couple things you told them after this happened that you did not bother to make clear to me for some reason. I also tried to talk to Shadowman about this, figuring that since you are friends he might have some insight into it, but he was not much help either. Anyway, this person that I spoke to informed me a couple of things you had said and it made sense in some distorted way what you were trying to do. You were trying to make Techh trust you that so when he joined the server he would tell you and you could ban him. While I admire your initiative, all I asked you to do was to ban Techh, you did not have to lie or anything else if you were uncomfortable with it, in fact I never even asked you to. This seems to be a big misunderstanding, and hopefully we can just forget about it. There is no need to have a vote, not only are you unbanned from our servers, you are still a member of [Legion], and your admin is restored. In the future please try to speak up for yourself if there is ever another issue like this, and do not make me regret unbanning you. Jackass.

Ok, so I have stayed as far away from all this drama as possible, but i have a few questions.
In terms of loyalty, are you speaking of staying with legion, or does this extend to not playing on any "rival clan/outcast " server?
I dont want to step on any toes, but just want some clarification.
