I believe that mugging is enabled already on the gun game server. I am at least 99% sure that I added the code for it and that I checked to see if it was working. Test it out and let me know, keep in mind that you will only steal money from someone if they already have killed someone.

yea but its usefull during a round, knifing someone while he aleready has money gives u a nice boost
