Here's my 2 cents.

Pros:
- He doesnt get upset at people
- He's friendly
- He plays on the server frequently
- Hes ranked well / hes pretty good

Cons:
- He doesnt have a mic
- English is not his first language, so its a little hard to understand him

With that said, I guess my vote would be yes, if he got a mic eventually.
