So I was lookin through my movies and saw this one, completely forgot I downloaded it. It was a pretty good movie even though it was french, lol. If anyone has heard/seen it what did you think of it?

There is a ghetto that the government put a giant wall around to separate the miscreants inside District 13 from the outside world. The movie starts with the cop (Damien) telling Leito and his sister that things will change...three years later, nothing has changed. A secret government agency sets up some of the miscreants as cop killers to make the police angry and retaliate. A large riot ensues and the head of this secret agency suggests blowing the shit outta District 13 and redeveloping the area. Damien and Leito work with the people inside District 13 to stop this evil plan.

Sounds like District 9 but in place of aliens they use crackheads and cops. Ehh?!?!?
