This past week I have been playing on the server under a variety of different names without my [Legion] tag or admin skins to see how people interact with each other.

I've noticed that certain admins tend to stack the teams in favor of themselves, set maps to what they want after the map vote is taken, and do a couple other things that they shouldn't be doing. I would like to emphasize that it is the admin's job to balance the teams, the autobalancer is very limited, and does not take skill into account. There are a couple other autobalancers that do take skill into account but they swap players too often and cause everyone to be annoyed, so what we have is what we are going to use. I should not log on and see 3 or 4 people going 20 and 4 on one team and everyone else in the negatives on the other team. Take a lesson from Fury and swap some people around for balance, or swap yourself over to the team that isn't doing so well to help out.

I also asked [Legion] members and admins a number of questions, and was ignored completely by almost everyone. I asked questions about the server, the clan, gungame, etc. The only person who went out of their way to anwser my questions was FatAndSassy. LatinPrince I remember you telling Greenmachine 420 to "Switch that faggot to the other team." Of course I was that "faggot" and I think in the future you should read the server rules again. (BTW I think you were going 2 and 11 at the time.) Pandora made fun of my questions, which doesn't surprise me, and if his attitude doesn't turn around he may not be playing here much longer.

The second reason for my doing this was because I had decided to give admin to one [Legion] member who did not have it, but deserved it based on their actions on the server. The clan member who received admin was FatAndSassy, for being so helpful and respectful when they thought they weren't being watched. Hopefully some of you can take a lesson from this, and remember that being in [Legion], and especially having admin powers is a privilege. Don't abuse it. There could be someone watching you.

yea, its a hard job sometimes, but when you are an admin on the server, you have to play and have fun as well as help people who have never played gg before, or are just overall new to css and dont know what to do. this is when the whole acting like a child deal has to stop and you have to act responsible. If you want the privileges, you gota be willing to make things fair so people come back to the server.

Seems to me that no one is reading this or the persons that donated to get admin really just wanted the skins.

Was on there tonight and the teams we stacked while Sarge sat in spec talking to people or whatever. There were other admins on also Cata, Au and myself. Au switches himself quiet often so he didn't really bother me but the others need to be directed to this thread to read it.

I did not bother trying to balance teams for the simple fact I wanted to see if anyone else would. Well it didn't happen so I put up a message, "I guess there is no reason to have admin here if your not going to balance the teams" or something to that aspect.

I am thinking we should make reading and participating in the forms a requirement to be in legion, that way people will notice posts like this one.

Yes, at least admins should be required to post once a week or so. Kinda hard to enforce but its things like this that make the server look bad.

Maybe add something to the adverts saying to check the forums daily before getting on to play.

I might not be concerned by this post, as I am not an admin, but i think that Pest's idea, to make reading and participating on the forum a requirement to be in legion, i think it would enforce the clan, and maybe eliminate some tensions between some members. That's my opinion.

its gota be more like a monthly thing like twizt said a long time ago. make a post section to see who is still active, then you would post like i said once a month to show your still active.

I have noticed this recently as well.
Frequently when I join it is [Legion] vs all.

This is fun (and I mean really fun) for Legion players,
but it makes the other ppl playing on the server leave out of frustration after about 3 spawns.

yea it was that today. i mean i think its fun but i like it better with a certain challenge. u know i cant do shit if teams are equal on numbers but i start playing well (sometimes :O) and just pass through people like butter. i usually try to move myself to the other team WHEN i can but even then, when im the 1 doing the balance i kinda feel stupid.

i dont know why im actually saying what i said, im just really high and just came back from watching fast and furious
