Admin Commands

I am still a little dumb with how to use the commands in the console.

ok, well i've gotten just about all of the commands down.
Now to the next hard part, binding.
I am terrible at binding.

Say for example, there were only 2 ppl left, and one accidentally declined knife fight, but they both still wanted to. How would I bind f3 to set their health to 100 each.

I try something like this but to no avail :

bind f3 @say "@sethealth #Alive 100"

What should I be typing instead?

bind f3 "ma_sethealth #alive 100" (#alive works on everyone alive)

or

bind f3 "ma_sethealth #all 100" (#all works on all players, but everyone else is dead anyway)

the only bind that i cant figure out is to bind to say to ur team such and saying xhealth to only CTs or Ts

To bind on say do the following:

bind x "say xhealth"

To bind on team say do the following:

bind x "say_team xhealth"
