In console type "demoui" without the quotes. This opens up a nice little player to load demos, hit load and pick what demo you want to play, simple as that.

You are either retarded or being sarcastic, and for your sake I hope it is the latter of the two.
He does not mean demos referring to a demo version of a new game.
He means how can you play video recordings of players in counter-strike, for example to see if they are hacking.
