mIRC, its a text based chat system thats used mostly by teams that compete for scrims and what not. Sure you can have it for what ever. I had one for a while, actually prob still up but its really hard to understand all the commands and it is outdated horribly.

It's not just mirc, mirc is a chat client.
Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is a form of real-time Internet text messaging (chat) or synchronous conferencing. It is mainly designed for group communication in discussion forums, called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message as well as chat and data transfers via Direct Client-to-Client. |

its not a vent, i guess its used for more then games and such but anyways most ppl use it in source for sponsors, server providers, teams, matches, etc. etc.

I hate typing...Vent ftw...
Seeing how vent doesn't get used much..I don't think its worth the effort to set something up like that unless you guys are scrimmaging and so on.
