The following are bonuses for different weapon combinations that you could train Strength with. I prefer the Saradomin Sword myself.
Saradomin Sword:
82 Slash 60 Crush 82 Strength
Dragon Scimitar & Obsidian Shield
67 Slash 71 Strength 40 Defense
Dragon Scimitar & Rune Defender
86 Slash 71 Strength 20 Defense

I just bought the Sara sword the other day, it's very nice. Also comes with a light show.
